Modern implantology today goes far beyond simply replacing a missing tooth. It represents a comprehensive, biologically oriented approach that brings together precision, aesthetic refinement, and respect for the body’s natural healing processes.

The before & after images shown above clearly illustrate the advantages of immediate implantology—the placement of a dental implant directly after tooth removal.

When tooth removal also marks the beginning of the solution

In the presented case, the lower right molar could no longer be preserved and was therefore removed. During the same procedure, an immediate placement of a Swiss Dental Solutions (SDS) ceramic implant was performed. When appropriate clinical conditions are met, this approach supports better preservation of bone and soft tissue and shortens the overall treatment time.

Biologically compatible. Naturally aesthetic. Metal-free.

Ceramic implants are:

  • metal-free

  • biocompatible
designed to blend harmoniously with the natural oral environment in terms of color, structure, and overall feel

After approximately five months of healing, the prosthetic phase followed with a full-ceramic crown, carefully crafted to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding teeth in shape, color, and function.

One decision. A clear pathway.

Immediate implantology means fewer separate procedures, reduced strain on the body, and a shorter path to the final result. From the very beginning, the treatment course is clearly defined, with a well-understood goal: a functional, aesthetic, and long-term stable tooth.

Our philosophy

At Center Hočevar, we prioritize minimally invasive procedures that support natural healing processes, enabling faster recovery and reduced post-operative discomfort. Our focus goes beyond creating beautiful smiles—we aim to establish the foundation for long-term oral and overall health.
