We have also introduced a minimally invasive treatment concept for teeth whitening.

As part of biological dentistry, we perform teeth whitening using a laser. Whitening takes place in our practice (in-office whitening), and is shorter compared to other whitening methods, making it less invasive. Laser light ensures long-lasting whiteness of your teeth, and there is practically no increased sensitivity during and after the procedure.

The whole procedure, including the preparation, takes less than an hour, while the whitening process is not finished in the office, but continues for another 24 hours. Therefore, it is essential to follow the instructions after the procedure so that the whitening process is not interrupted. Do not eat for 8 hours after whitening, drink only colourless liquid (preferably water), and also avoid dark liquids (coffee, red wine, intense teas) and strongly coloured foods (blueberries, turmeric, beets, etc.) in the next couple of days. Smokers are advised not to smoke for at least three days after whitening.

To ensure the best results, we need to whiten clean teeth, meaning that it is necessary to thoroughly clean the teeth using the GBT procedure before whitening.
