Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP)
Humans are complex creatures with numerous, interconnected internal physical and psychological processes. When solving a specific health problem or an emotional issue, it is best to do so comprehensively and with all the confirmed knowledge available.
Integral somatic psychology (ISP) is one of the comprehensive body-oriented psychotherapy approaches which considers both psychological findings from Eastern traditions as well as general principles of Western psychotherapy fields.
The approach focuses on emotions, beliefs, memories, behaviors and other psychological embodiments, i.e. those in relation to the physical body.
Tools such as vigilance, movement, breath, imagination, sound and (self)touch are all used in integral somatic psychology.
Integral somatic psychology was developed by Dr. Raja Selvam.

Working through traumatic reactions in our physical bodies, brains, and nervous systems towards creating in them the capacity for a high charge becomes a necessary step towards an embodied spirituality.
